How much am I billed and how often?
When you subscribe for a 30-Day Membership to Fetish Nation by credit card, you are billed $23.95 for the 30 days and $21.95 every 30 days until you cancel your account. All 90-Day Memberships are billed at $58.95 and are not rebilled. If you subscribe using CCBill 900, you will be billed a one time only fee of $24.95.

How long does my account last after I cancel?
Your account lasts until the end of the month that you last paid for. So, if you are billed on the 15th and you cancel on the 20th, your account remains open and active until the 15th of the next month.

How does the billing show up on my credit card?
To protect your privacy, any charges will discreetly appear as CCBill.com *Platinum Int on your credit card statement.

How do I find my subscription number?
There are two ways to find your subscription number. You can go directly to CCBill's Customer Service pages at www.ccbillcs.com and retrieve your information automatically or you can also email This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it .

If you email, please give your full name and the email address you used when signing up in order to make it easier for the subscription number to be found. The easiest way to avoid losing your subscription number is to keep the original receipt sent to you when you signed up to Fetish Nation.

How do I dispute a billing?

I'm a former member and want to join FN again...so can I use the same Username and Password?
Yes, no problem.

Choosing a username / password.
Members are able to create their own usernames / passwords to Fetish Nation. However, Keep in mind:

1. Dont' use common names or dictionary words.  Why, because they are the most commonly used and hacked.

2. Create a username / password combination that has 7 letters or more in them. Be creative. A combination of  letters     (upper and lower case) numbers, and even symbols work best.

3. Choose a username and password that are completely different from each other. 
     For instance don't do, username = fetishnation, password = fetishnation1 for example.

Why are my passcodes blocked?
A few reasons. Most of the time it's due to the Internet Service Provider you are using because of Proxy Servers. Password sharing is strictly forbidden and will get your passcodes blocked. Security gets compromised when you use the same account information in multiple locations. Most of the blocked access automatically resets itself in a few hours. Password Self Help and Support.

Can I use a download accelerator?
Please don't use them.  Download accelerators are really wonderful products. However, they also open multiple connections in order to do their job and puts a lot of stress on the site. Cur security checks against multiple connections. If it detects one, it automatically disables your passcodes and prevents you from accessing Fetish Nation for several hours.

Why haven't you answered my email?
We answer every email we get. However, if you have sent us an email and we haven't responded or your issue it hasn't been resolved within 24 hours, chances are we may have missed it or not received it at all.
